To gain access to the tablet, perform a factory reset. To do this, turn off the tablet, then press Volume UP + Power button until the Android logo appears. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and wait for the process to complete. At the end of the process, you will need to reconfigure the tablet by adding the account in order to install Google Play apps and games.
