How do I add new split/skills, agents or a VDN to BCMS Vu?

I created a new ACD group and I want to be able to collect data on it. I can't find how to do this anywhere that I have looked on the web.

Unfortunately, there is no information related to this procedure, but you have the possibility to use the Support PDF file. The file is actually an installation and usage guide which explains how to work with the software.
