For surveillance, Omnicast is recommended because their solutions are used only in surveillance business while AXXON handles other services and features as well, but that doesn't mean it's not good. I have seen reviews about both brands and there were pro and con opinions for both, but users tend to use Omnicast more often than AXXON.
