You need to access the configuration settings for the DVR and use the Exceptions category to turn off all the alarms. From the Exceptions window, select the type of the event and then untick all the options available. Typically, you have to select ALL for the event type and then leave the checkboxes unmarked. Restart the software and continue using the DVR. It should work without issues now.
