Flash memory recovery information.

Question

My PQI flash memory is not detected but its LED is on when it is installed. What is the problem? Can I recover its data using JetFlash Online Recovery?

First you need to make sure the device is detected on your computer. Go to Start > Run> devmgmt.msc and check that all the components are installed (USB Hub Ports). Second, access Control panel and Search for Administrative Tools > Computer Management> Disk Management. If your device isn't detected, it means it's probably faulty and you can't use JetFlas Online Recovery.
