Issue in Olive VME102 Dialer.

I am using Olive VME 102 dialer on my laptop. The configuration of my laptop is Windows 7 Professional (64 bit). Each time I plug in the device into my laptop, the software which is already installed on my laptop does not detect the device. Then I need to uninstall the installed software and reinstall the software again from the device. After that only I am able to connect to the Internet. It's very ridiculous.

There are two ways to attempt a fix for the problem:

  1. Download the user guide and use the information presented in the manual to properly install and configure the device, because it's possible you're doing something wrong.

  2. Always run the software as Administrator. Remove the software and device, then perform another installation. Right click the package and select Run as Administrator. You can do the same for when you start the software from your desktop.
