I suggest you uninstall the application, download and reinstall it from the official web page. In order to remove it from your computer, you can use Add or Remove Programs feature:
For Windows XP or bellow you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the ASUS LifeFrame program and then click Remove.
If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the ASUS LifeFrame application and click on Uninstall.
After that, go to Asuss Drivers and Download web page, select your operating system and download and install the application from Utilities section.
