Cannot log in the database.

After our technician here in our office installed the software, it runs "OK", but after a few months, I cannot log in anymore. An error appears that says "Unable to connect database. DB Message: DBMS is not supported in your current installation". What should be done? I kindly need an answer as soon as possible. My PC is running Windows 8.1 single language.

There seems to be a problem with the database considering you didn't make any modifications to the program (perform an update or something similar). In this case, make sure that you set up the connection properly between the program and the database and make sure that the program isn't blocked by Windows Firewall if you are using a network connection. If you still encounter the same error, try to perform a fresh installation of the program.
