Why can't I see my contacts?

I did everything you told, but instead of appearing the contacts the following code type appears: =pref. What is this? How can I see the contacts?

If you can't see the contacts, then it means the conversion from VCF to Excel wasn't completed successfully. In this case, I recommend another conversion. However, if you have the possibility, don't export or convert the VCF file to XLS. Use CSV instead, because CSV is a widely used file format when it comes to contacts management (importing/exporting). If the application you used to convert is bad, then I recommend downloading another one through the database of Software Informer.
