Ibibo Messenger is not working properly.

My Ibibo notifications are not opening on my PC and on my laptop. I can see my friends status, I can comment, but when they are replying, I can't see the message. My Windows Firewall is turned off. Can you help?

If Windows Firewall is turned off, configure your antivirus program to allow Ibibo Messenger to communicate. If this doesn't help, uninstall the application (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner and install it again. Also, the Ibibo Messenger servers may be temporarily down or under maintenance. In this case, you will need to wait.
