A file not found error means that the application can't find the required server in order to update/download/synchronize, etc. This can be caused by the file that is actually missing. If there were no Internet connection, the application should have displayed another message related to connectivity. Check your Internet connection, then get in touch with the supplier of the device because it's possible that the servers are not online anymore.
