This error occurs when you're trying to play an online video using your browser or a video player. In order to fix it, configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow the application to communicate. If this doesn't help, open Network and Internet option from Control Panel and click Internet Options. Select the Connections tab, click LAN Settings and then Advanced. Un-check the Use the same proxy server for all protocols box, click OK and close the window.
