Cannot play videos on my PC.

I cannot get the Hidef Media Player to work. I get an error that states that there is a problem transferring to ftp server. How do I fix this?

It's possible that you blocked the program's access to the Internet. This might be the reason why it can't connect to the FTP server. To fix this, it's advised to check if the program is among the blocked programs in Windows Firewall or in Firewall of your antivirus application. You can find the available options and settings for Windows Firewall under Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall.
