Unfortunately, Folder Lock Professional doesn't have any password recovery feature and the only way to recover your files is to install a third-party program. I suggest you try Recuva Data Recovery, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Wondershare Data Recovery, or Recover My Files. All of them are easy to install and use and can recover files from external hard drives.
