When you installed the application, there should have been a pop-up asking you to set a Master Password in case you forgot the standard password. These applications are developed in such way to block all attempts of recovering the encrypted data unless you know the password. I strongly recommend remembering the password used, because there is no known way to unlock it, which means it will be gone forever. Not even the developers can help (even if they would still be in the business).
