I haven't logged on Chikka for a very long time and now I wonder why my account (user ID and password) is not working. How to retrieve my password?
If you cannot access your account it probably means it has been discontinued for inactivity but I highly doubt this happened. There is also a chance you've completely forgotten the password. However, to recover it visit the reset password page and enter your phone number then a new password will be issued to you.
