HiDef media player problem.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I am getting an error message, "Cannot connect to the FTP server". I've downloaded the HiDef Media player program and installed it again. I've downloaded a codec program that was supposed to have fixed things and it still does not play.

If you cannot connect to FTP to acquire the files it means that you either don't have permission to connect at all or the FTP server is simply not working at the moment. If the application is using a way to connect to FTP servers, try logging later.

I have no idea what you are talking about. HDefMedia Player was working until I started to get the error messages. Reloading the programme has made no difference. I do not know where my FTP server is or how to fix it.
