I can't access my Yahoo account.

I can't open my Yahoo account from a different location using a new mobile phone. When I tried to retrieve it, I was asked two security questions. Unfortunately, I don't remember my favorite food as a child. To make it worse, I don't have an alternate email address. Can you help?

If you don't remember the answer to the second question and if you don't have an alternate email address, I suggest you contact the Yahoo Support team using 00 1 800-318-0612 phone number. You need to explain them the situation and they will provide you the instructions to access your account. This is the only way to recover it. Also, you can try to access the Yahoo account from your old phone/computer. If you can access it, I suggest you change the security questions.
