If you don't know your Passbay UKey Tool password, I suggest you uninstall the utility (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install and configure the program again. This is the only way to access the application again, because it doesn't provide any password recovering option. Also, the developer seems to be out of business and there is no contact information available.
