It gives me an "Incorrect Password" message.

Question

Folder Lock was working nicely with my password. Now it stopped working with the same password and it gives me an "Incorrect Password" message. How can I solve this problem?

Well if it gives message of "Incorrect Password", then you must be entering wrong password. I am quite sure about it, re-check what are you entering in password field.

If the password is not working anymore, go to Control Panel > Appearance > Folder Options, click the View tab, check the Show hidden files, folder, and drives box and click OK:

After that, delete the win_mpwd_sys.dat file from

• C: > ProgramData;
• C: > Users > Vortex > AppData > Local;
• C: > Windows in windows X86;
• C: > Windows > SysWOW64 in Windows X64.

Once you delete file, run the program and enter a new password.
