I accidentally deleted Viber.

I accidentally deleted Viber and when I redownloded it, I couldn't register. What should I do?

If you've accidentally deleted Viber, there is the possibility to install it again via the PlayStore application found in your phone but make sure that the Internet is available during the activation because if you cannot receive SMS, the application will use an online activation, and everything should be fine.
