I downloaded the Viber app on my Samsung phone. It does not connect even though I put my phone number correctly. What should I do next?

In case you cannot activate your account through Viber application (the case when the SMS does not arrive), you can use the link found under the activation box. Tapping the link will open a webpage where you can activate your account. Make sure that the phone has an active Internet connection through 3G or WiFi.
