If you installed the ProRes C10plus drivers and the software is working properly, I suggest you update your video card drivers. Go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your video card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer's web page. If you still have issues, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Imaging Devices and Universal Serial Bus controllers lists, right-click on the camera driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the installation package, select the driver and install it again. If it doesn't help, try reinstalling the software. Also, you can check Software Informer database for another capture utility.
