Comcast and Internet Explorer are not responding.

Comcast and Internet Explorer are not responding and I have to recover the web page all the time. Can you help?

In order to solve the issues, I suggest you uninstall Comcast (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again. After that, launch Internet Explorer, press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination and clear all cache, cookies and temporary Internet files. If the problem persists, update the browser to the latest version and configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow Comcast to communicate.
