If I have Xfinity Comcast, why don't I have WiFi? When start my Apple iPad, it will not hook up with WiFi. What can I do?
Xfinity Comcast does not provide WiFi feature while it's in basic mode. Platinum users get a wireless gateway for home networking so in this case you either upgrade to the Platinum or simply change the service.
