Firstly, navigate to the official web page, select your platform and upgrade the application to the latest version. After that, make sure you're connected to the Internet and launch the application. Navigate to Contacts list, select one of them and check the date below the name and next to contact icon.
Note: If all contacts appear online, they all are online.
