The sound is not working on ArcSoft TotalMedia. Only the pictures are loaded. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you uninstall the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and download and install the utility again. If this doesn't fix it, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the tool. Click the Sound tab, check your audio card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer web page.

Same here...updated all drivers, reinstallled software, checked sound settings. Media player is working...foobar is working...Total media is not and yet it was earlier.
