I have a USB HYBRID LV5HD with Total Media 3.5 in my XP PC. Can I use that in my Surface with Windows 8.1? I tried but it's not working. Can you help, please?
That version won't work on Windows 8.1, but the latest one that can be acquired from the official website is Windows 8.1 compatible.

Note: If the Windows on the Surface is Windows RT 8.1, then the application won't work. You need a full version of Windows 8.1 designed for computers.
