I forgot my Google account and password and I want to open the pattern lock on my Huawei Ascend G330D U8825D device. Can you help?
Firstly, I suggest you navigate to Having trouble signing in? page and try to recover your username and password with the instructions provided by Google. Also, if you have Internet access you can use Screen Lock Bypass Pro to bypass the lock screen and reset/remove the pattern. If none of these help, you will need to perform a factory reset. Turn off the device and press and hold the Volume Up and Power screen until you see the Android logo. Using the Volume keys select Wipe Data/Factory reset and press Power to confirm.
