Some contacts appear to be online because the Internet connection is permanently activated and there is activity on the other side (eg. user talks). For other users, they will appear as "Last Seen on ". You can't control this setting and the statuses are updated when you connect to the Internet. Activate the SYNC option to stay in touch with your contacts on Viber.
