How come iPhone users can send a longer snap videos than my Note 3? Can't seem to video longer than 4 seconds.

You can send video snaps for as long as of 10 seconds each. To configure this option, start Snapchat and tap on camera, then keep the finger pressed on the Capture and swipe it to the left where the 4 in the circle appears. Select the seconds (maximum 10) and you will have the possibility to send video snaps 10 seconds long.
