In order to update ArcSoft WebCam Companion application, go to Extras and click the Updates and Patches button. If there are updates available click Install, otherwise click OK after the "You are already using the latest version available. Please check for updates later" message appears. If you want to upgrade the software go to Extras > Available Upgrades and you will be redirected to the official web page from where you can acquire the latest version available.
