Possibility to work in COM mode.

If I have CLIP (Calling Line Identity Presentation) set up on our BT Line, does this mean that this will work in COM mode?

Yes. The Active Caller ID application has the possibility to work in TAPI or COM mode. If you have the Calling Line Identity Presentation service set up on TAPI, the Active Caller ID will work on COM mode. According to the official website of the product, when TAPI is unavailable, the COM mode is automatically enabled.
