Printer selection is not available.

Question

I have installed Mapper Presentation Client Level 3.2 on my new computer which is using Windows 8.1 Professional 64 bit Operating System.

I have everything set up and the program is operating the only problem is I can't get the "Aux Printer Select" to show an option to choose a printer. The only buttons available are "OK" "Cancel" and "Help".

You need to access the configuration settings and look for an option that is related to disabling Windows printers. Once you have identified the option, uncheck it, reboot the computer and the application and the printer window will be populated with all the network printers that are shared. It's necessary to uncheck the option for the printers to show up on the list or it won't work the other way.
