The default keystroke to access logs is SHIFT + CTRL + ALT +K. This combination makes the icon visible in the system tray. Right click it and then you can access the logs.

Keylogger Pro won't open.

You should use Micro keylogger. If you get any problem, you can turn their live support for help as any time.

If this does not put the icon in the system tray, what does this mean? could it have been detected and uninstalled?
