How can I uninstall Screen Capture Tool?

How can I uninstall this application? It is a kernel extension, so simply deleting it will not completely remove it. I suspect that it is the reason for a terribly slow MacBook Pro after upgrading to Mavericks. All other 3rd party software has been removed. How can this be done?
