If the package doesn't contain the webcam driver, I suggest you use Google search engine in order to find and download it. Also, you can try using a driver identifier from Software Informer database. Once you download the driver, connect the device to your computer, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. After that, locate the webcam item, right-click its icon and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the installation package, select the driver and install it following the self-explained steps. Once the driver is installed, you can use ArcSoft WebCam Companion, Webcam Video Capture, or Active WebCam to capture videos and take pictures with your webcam.
