As I can see from the program's presentation, the software uses a SQL server. Basically, if you have the setup, right click it and select Run as Administrtor. The SQL server will be installed where it should be and the application will be configured for deployment on your PC. When the installation finishes, you'll have the possibility to launch it from the desktop.
