It's known that you can restart the SQL Services with the help of the built-in functions. There is an online troubleshooting page that explains how to restart the server, but basically you will need to start SQL Management Studio, then select Registered Servers. Right click the server instance and choose Restart. Confirm the operation and then the server should restart giving you permission to print.
