Administrative problems and no connection message

Any help for me please? My Easy Weather version 6.2 keeps saying not connected when, in fact, it is connected to my PC! It keeps saying "You need Administrative privilege to run this program for the first time", but every time I open it, it gives me this message. Any help will be gratefully appreciated.

There have been applications that had this problem and the most simple fix is to remove the application. When you do the reinstall part, run the application as Administrator the first time you'll launch it. Select the icon, then right click it and use Run As Administrator. Once this process is completed, the errors should disappear.
