Launch the software, click the Tools menu and select Options. Locate the General list and un-check the Display popup option if it is checked. Also, from the Browser option click the Specify Browser button and select Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. If you selected Internet Explorer, go to Start, type inetcpl.cpl and open the utility. Click the Privacy tab and check Turn on Pop-up Blocker. If you selected Firefox, navigate to Mozilla Add-ons page and install Adblock Plus Pop-up Addon.
