Is there KV BUILDER for 64bit?

The application is not compatible with Windows 7 x64. There have been reports that the application can be installed on Windows 7 x64 with the help of Virtual PC. KV BUILDER then needs to be installed inside the virtual PC which is running Windows XP in 32bit mode.
