There are several things that you should consider before starting a call using the WiCall application. Before you start calling, you need to make sure that your Internet connection is stable. It's advised to use a WiFi network for this job. Also, before you start to call, make sure that your device is working properly. You can also go to Settings > Application > All tab > search for the WiCall application, tap on it and select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
