If you have a group set up in the Interaction Client, can you set something up that will record every call made for a certain period of time automatically?
Interaction Client is a program developed by Interactive Intelligence that enables you to communicate and create conferences. Unfortunately, there isn't any option that will allow you to record every call made for a certain period of time automatically. I recommend you contact the developers for further information.
