ARRIS / Motorola SB6121 SURFboard is the modem that I have and it isn't compatible with Windows 8. I do not know what to do/how to fix this so please help.
According to the official website of the manufacturer, until this point, there are no available drivers that are compatible with Windows 8. Until these are released, there is nothing that you can do.
