PES files that I cannot open.

I have a PES file that I can see with Embroidery reader, but I cannot open it with PE-DESIGN Lite program, with the special card that I have from Brother. When I want to use the card, I receive the message "unexpected file format", and the sewing/embroidering machine does not recognize it. Is there something I can do?

According to the official User Manual of Pe-Design Lite, the product doesn't support PES files. Because of this you might encounter the "Unexpected file format" error. To fix this, try using the Embroidery Reader to open the file, and save it to a format that can be opened in the PE-Design Lite program.
