Program couldn't find any device.

I have a Diacom_NLS_v1.21_US and having problem with the USB. It shows "Application unable to find Diacom device and will be closed". Can someone please tell me what to do?

Before you can start the program, you need to have connected the USB device. This is the main reason why this error is appearing. If you still can't start the program after you connected the device, try to update your program's version to the latest one.
