I have a USB device that came with my Samsung phone, but my PC says there is no driver installed to run it. Can you help?
You need to use the Support CD and install the drivers for your device. Alternatively, use the name and model of the device and enter it on the Samsung Support website. You will be offered to download software and drivers to make it work on your computer. There is no need to select the OS because the downloads are already categorized.
