Editing preview zoom glitch.

Sometimes, when I try to use zoom in the editor, it glitches out and doesn't allow for any preview, no matter how whether I zoom out, in or try to move around to find my image: http://i.imgur.com/YDJzozS.png

There are no users who experienced this problem, which means it's probably something localized. There is something else causing the error. Try closing all the background applications, then start VSDC Free Video Editor and use the zoom function again. It might not be the case, but I recommend installing a new set of codecs. If the file you have opened is corrupted, it's possible the zoom function crashes because of this.
