How do you pause movement of an object?

I have found how to move an object around using several vectors and change their speeds, but I cannot find out how to move an object, then pause it, then move it again.

You can't move an object, pause it, then move it again. The only thing I've found in VSDC Free Video Editor was that you can specify for how long an item will appear, its position and so one.

Load the program again and open your project, then simply duplicate the same object but this time change its appearance timeframe. You can even select the frames instead of seconds.
